Our story

Heard Island Enterprises was started by a group of entrepreneurial penguins in April 2025, in response to the tariffs placed on our uninhabited, exportless island. After we heard the news, we realized we’d been sleeping on profits.

Our philosophy

We take our name from Heard Island — the remote, weather-beaten landmass in the Southern Ocean — because we believe even the most overlooked places and ideas have the power to shift things. Just like a pebble, you don’t have to be big to make ripples of change.
